Liebe alle!

Wir schreiben euch im Nachklapp zur Mitgliederversammlung (MV) des KdK-Vereins am 24. Januar, bei welcher wir in die vorgeschlagene Agenda intervenierten und Vetos bei Abstimmungen einlegten. Da es auf der MV selbst leider nicht möglich wurde die Gründe für unseren Unmut gegen Form der MV, deren Agenda und vorgesehene Beschlüsse dazulegen, möchten wir euch hiermit zu einem Online-Treffen einladen, auf dem wir unser Vorgehen erklären und mit euch ins Gespräch und in den inhaltlichen Austausch gehen möchten: *Sonntag, 02.03.2025, 15 Uhr*, @ https://indigo.collocall.de/car-hay-w3l-9dn

Wir hoffen ihr mögt/könnt euch die Zeit nehmen, um an dem Treffen teilzunehmen und auch um diese Email zu lesen und vielleicht in eurem Kollektiv zu diskutieren. Wir freuen uns auch über Rückmeldungen abseits des Online-Treffens von euch.

Unser Dissens bezieht sich auf die Arbeits- und Kommunikationsweise im Verein, speziell - aber nicht ausschließlich - im Vorfeld und auf der MV. Dort gab es sowohl auf diesem Mailverteiler als auch in direktem Kommunikation mit der AG-Koordination Rückmeldungen zur erstmaligen MV-Einladung und -Reader, in welchen grundsätzliche Bedenken und Kritik an Vorgehen und Agenda und einzelnen Anträgen geäußert und begründet wurde. Die grundsätzlichen Einwände gegen die Form der MV fanden leider keine weitere Berücksichtigung. Konkurrierende Vorschläge zu Beschlussvorlagen der AG-Koordination wurden höchtens im letztens Agenda-TOP "Verschiedenes" aufgeführt, obwohl sie in Kontrast zu vorherigen TOPs standen und unserer Meinung nach gleichberechtigt diskutiert, statt getrennt nacheinander abgestimmt hätten werden müssen.

Uns hat geschmerzt, dass auf der MV leider keine Abkehr von der gesetzten Agenda und eine offene Diskussion zu unseren wesentlichen Einwänden möglich war. Das stattdessen das Abarbeiten der Agenda mit vermeintlichen Sachzwängen und bürgerlichem Vereinsrecht begründet und per Mehrheitsentscheidung durchgesetzt wurde, bestärkt uns in unserer Überzeugung, dass wir den Verein (Kórperschaft) hinter dem Verband, lediglich als Werkzeug verstanden haben und nutzen wollen. Wir möchten daher beim angekündigten Online-Treffen vorstellen, wie wir uns die Arbeit und Kommunikation im Verband und auch das Verhältnis von Verein und Verband vorstellen und mit euch in Austausch zu für uns zentralen Fragen gehen:     * (Inwiefern) Soll eine rechtliche Form für uns Struktur und Umgang vorgeben oder wollen wir losgelöst von einer solchen gemeinsam festlegen, wie wir miteinander arbeiten wollen?     * Was heißt es denn für uns ein basisdemokratischer Kollektivverband sein zu wollen?     * Wie und mit wem wollen wir Entscheidungen treffen?

Weiter sehen wir einen drängenden Bedarf an einer begleiteten Mediation zwischen uns und der AG Koordination. Wir haben uns bei der MV über Annetts spontanes Angebot gefreut, eine solche Mediation zu übernehmen. Es wäre toll, wenn wir noch vor dem Treffen im Lebensbogen eine solche angehen könnten, um gemeinsam zu versuchen einen Weg zu finden, wieder konstruktiv zusammenzuarbeiten.

Dear all!

We are writing to you as a follow-up to the general meeting (MV) of the KdK Association on January 24th, at which we intervened in the proposed agenda and vetoed votes. Since it was unfortunately not possible at the MV itself to explain the reasons for our displeasure with the form of the MV, its agenda and proposed resolutions, we would like to invite you to an online meeting at which we will explain our approach and have a discussion and exchange of views with you: *Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, 3 p.m.*, @ https://indigo.collocall.de/car-hay-w3l-9dn

We hope you would like to/can take the time to attend the meeting and also to read this email and perhaps discuss it in your collective. We are also looking forward to receiving feedback from you outside of the online meeting.

Our disagreement relates to the way the association works and communicates, especially - but not exclusively - in the run-up to and at the MV. There was feedback on the first MV invitation and reader, both on this mailing list and in direct communication with the AG coordination, in which fundamental concerns and criticism of the procedure and agenda and individual motions were expressed and justified. Unfortunately, the fundamental objections to the form of the AGM were not taken into account further. Competing proposals for resolutions from the AG coordination were listed at most in the last agenda item "Miscellaneous", although they were in contrast to previous items and in our opinion should have been discussed on an equal footing instead of voted on separately one after the other.

We were saddened that at the MV it was unfortunately not possible to move away from the set agenda and have an open discussion of our main objections. The fact that the agenda was instead justified with supposed objective constraints and civil association law and enforced by majority decision strengthens our conviction that we have understood and want to use the association (corporation) behind the Kollektive-Verband merely as a tool. We would therefore like to present at the announced online meeting how we envisage the work and communication in the association and also the relationship between the association and the Kollektive-Verband and to exchange ideas with you on questions that are central to us: * (To what extent) should a legal form dictate our structure and interaction or do we want to decide together, independent of such a legal form, how we want to work together? * What does it mean for us to want to be a grassroots democratic collective association? * How and with whom do we want to make decisions?

We also see an urgent need for accompanied mediation between us and the Coordination Working Group. At the general meeting, we were delighted about Annett's spontaneous offer to take on such a mediation. It would be great if we could tackle something like this before the meeting at Lebensbogen, to try to find a way to work together constructively again.
